ALL services are by appointment only, NO walk-ins. If you didn't received a confirmation email for your appointment please contact us immediately. If you need an appointment within the next 2 hours please text (813) 848-0363. Each person needs to have their own profile, intake form and waiver must be completed before session, no exceptions. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before session. SpaFinder cards CANNOT be used with any offers or discounts.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. Appointments "no shows" will be charged FULL price of service. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or less will be charged HALF the price of service. Appointments rescheduled within 12 hours will be charged a $25 inconvenience fee.
